Cap Kipas Udang Teriyaki Prawns


  • 3 tablespoons of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of honey or brown sugar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ inch of ginger
  • 6 medium-sized prawns
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Spring onions for the garnish


  1. Fry the garlic and ginger until it becomes aromatic.
  2. Add the CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce, honey or brown sugar. Let it fry for 10 minutes until it thickens into a sauce.
  3. Leave it to cool.
  4. Brush the cooled down sauce onto the shelled prawns and roast for 2 minutes over a flame.
  5. Serve on a plate, ready to be eaten!
