Cap Kipas Udang Mushroom Omelette


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce
  • A pinch of salt, MSG and white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil or margarine
  • ½ cup of button mushrooms (sliced)


  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients above and mix well.
  3. Heat the cooking oil/margarine in a pan.
  4. Put the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom surface solidifies, then flip to cook the other side.
  5. Serve hot!
