Cap Kipas Udang Crab With Glass Noodle

Basic ingredients

  • 1 crab
  • Corn flour
  • 200g of glass noodles (soaked)
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic (chopped)
  • ½ tablespoon of taucu [fermented black soya beans]
Ingredients for the gravy
  • 1 tablespoon of CAP KIPAS UDANG Salty Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of MSG
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper (add to taste)
  • 400mL of water
  • Red chili


  1. Clean the crab and coat it with corn flour. Heat some oil and fry the crab until it is cooked. Set it aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then put in the garlic, taucu and red chili.
  3. Next, put in the crab and the gravy ingredients, and fry on medium heat. After 5 minutes, put in the glass noodles.
  4. Stir until the glass noodles soften and serve hot.
