Basic ingredients
- 1 crab
- Corn flour
- 200g of glass noodles (soaked)
- 2 tablespoons of garlic (chopped)
- ½ tablespoon of taucu [fermented black soya beans]
Ingredients for the gravy
- 1 tablespoon of CAP KIPAS UDANG Salty Soya Sauce
- 1 tablespoon of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of MSG
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- Black pepper (add to taste)
- 400mL of water
- Red chili
Directions
- Clean the crab and coat it with corn flour. Heat some oil and fry the crab until it is cooked. Set it aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then put in the garlic, taucu and red chili.
- Next, put in the crab and the gravy ingredients, and fry on medium heat. After 5 minutes, put in the glass noodles.
- Stir until the glass noodles soften and serve hot.
