Cap Kipas Udang Chicken Or Beef Kebab

Ingredients A

  • ½ cup of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • ½ inch of ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast or 350g of beef (diced)
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • 1 onion (wedged)

Ingredients for the sauce

  • 4 tablespoons of CAP KIPAS UDANG Chilli Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of CAP KIPAS UDANG Tomato Sauce
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds


  1. Combine all ingredients A into a bowl and mix evenly.
  2. Add the chicken or beef and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Thread the marinated pieces of chicken/beef onto the wooden skewers alternately with the bell pepper and the onion.
  4. Prepare the griller and grill the kebab until it is cooked.

Directions for the sauce

  1. Combine the sauce ingredients and mix well.
