Srikaya Chicken Popcorn


  • 500 gram of Chicken fillet
  • 150 gram of Chili Sauce Cap Kipas Udang
  • 200 gram of Srikaya Cap Kipas Udang
  • 50 mL of Salty Soy Sauce Cap Kipas udang
  • 4 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 200gram of flour
  • 50 gram of cereal



  1. Clean the chicken fillet and cut it into small pieces
  2. Marinate the chicken fillet with Chili Sauce and Salty Soy Sauce Cap Kipas Udang together with turmeric powder for 2 hours.
  3. Marinated chicken fillet then mixed with 200 gram of Srikaya Cap Kipas Udang.
  4. Coated the chicken fillet with flour and cereal
  5. Heat the oil deep fried all the marinated chicken fillet
  6. Toss the chicken popcorn after the chicken fillet turn into golden color
  7. The popcorn is ready to eat
