Salmon roasted Cap Kipas Udang


  • 1½ salmon fillets
  • ⅓ cup of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce
  • ⅓ tablespoon of CAP KIPAS UDANG Salty Soya Sauce
  • A dash of ground white pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic (finely pounded)
  • ¼ cup of vegetable oil
  • A dash of lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup of brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup of water


  1. Marinate the salmon fillets with the CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet and Salty Soya Sauces, brown sugar, water, lemon juice, white pepper and garlic.
  2. Heat the griller on medium and brush it with vegetable oil. Grill each piece for 6-8 minutes until it is soft enough to be poked with a fork.
  3. Serve the grilled salmon fillet with fresh garden salad.
