Cooker's Rice Cap Kipas Udang

Basic Ingredients

  1. ½ a chicken (cut into small pieces)
  2. 1 mushroom (sliced)
  3. 150g of carrots (sliced)
  4. 3 cups of rice
  5. 3 cups of water
  6. 1 stalk of spring onion (thinly sliced)
  7. 1 piece of Mackerel salty fish 


3 tablespoons of CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce and ½ teaspoon of salt


               Ingredients (Coleslaw)

  • 1 cup of lettuce(sliced)
  • 1 cup of carrot(sliced)
  • 1 Tbs Fresh milk
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbs Chilli sauce CAP KIPAS UDANG

Preparation (Coleslaw)

  • Mix all ingredients in 1 bowl
  • Stir all ingredients smoothly
  • Put it in the fridge and serve it


  1. Clean the chicken and cut into small pieces. Season with salt.
  2. Clean the mushroom and soak in hot water until it is soft. Slice the carrots.
  3. Clean the rice and put it in an electric rice cooker. Add the water. Put in the chicken pieces, mushrooms, carrots and cook the rice. Let it stand inside the closed cooker for a while after it is cooked.
  4. Open the lid and add the CAP KIPAS UDANG Sweet Soya Sauce. Stir well. Sprinkle some spring onion over it and serve.
